These terms apply to using spanishwithwes.com and everything on it: the free course, the blog, the reference sheets and the emails. The site is run by MELLER WORLDWIDE, trading as Spanish with Wes! (KvK 98862129, VAT NL006320182B40, Keizersgracht 333, 1016 EG Amsterdam, the Netherlands). All business details are in the privacy policy. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using the lessons
You're welcome to watch the lessons, download the reference sheets and use them to learn Spanish, as often as you like. That's what they're for.
They're for personal, non-commercial use. Are you a teacher who wants to use them in class? Sharing links to the lessons is always fine. For anything more, just send me a message.

Early access memberships
Early access works through Patreon or YouTube channel memberships. Payments, billing and cancelling are handled by those platforms, and their own terms apply. You can cancel anytime there. Lessons in early access become free for everyone later.
Paid courses
The paid courses aren't on sale yet. When they are, the sales terms (like price, access and your right to cancel your purchase) will be added here, and shown before you buy.
No guarantees
I put a lot of care into every lesson, but mistakes can slip in, and everyone learns at their own pace. That's why the lessons and the site come "as is", without guarantees about results. Spotted a mistake? Please let me know.
As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any damage that comes from using this site. Links to other websites are there to help you, but I'm not responsible for their content.
Dutch law
These terms fall under Dutch law. If we ever disagree, let's try to sort it out together first. If that doesn't work, the competent court in Amsterdam decides, unless the law says otherwise. As a consumer in the EU, you always keep the protection of the consumer law of your own country.
