3 Types of Verbs in Spanish

In this lesson, we learn that we can separate all the verbs in the Spanish language into 3 different categories. These categories are:

  • Verbs that end in -ER
  • Verbs that end in -AR, and
  • Verbs that end in -IR

We also learn that by understanding the difference between regular vs. irregular verbs, we can use a very helpful trick to be able to easily predict how to conjugate almost all regular verbs in Spanish.
